Chicago to Bid Farewell to Final Piece of Meat Board History

Nearly nine decades of Chicago-based consumer outreach for meat will come to an end Dec. 31 as the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association (NCBA) allows the lease on its Culinary Center at 444 North Michigan Avenue to expire. The NCBA will launch a Center for Excellence for Beef in Denver next year.
